This is an extraordinary hotel, and we can't wait to come back. We have already informed the event planning people at Stanford about your hotel, for their information, as well. We are so excited to come back, we are already planning our next trip, for our respective birthdays (July 31 and August 2, one day separates us!). The rooms, decor, service, and most of all - that incredible down bed - are the types of comforts that make a weekend away, especially when it's only about thirty miles away (we live in San Mateo) seem like paradise. I have stayed at a number of other properties in the San Jose area before and did not enjoy the experience at the other locations nearly as much as at your property. My daughter was getting married and having her reception in downtown Los Gatos. I arranged for a number of out-of-town guests to stay at the Toll House, and I believe we ended up with around 40 rooms for both the Friday and Saturday night.
